Would like to seek assistance for the silk road software for our newly purchased plotter. To give a brief background, we have been provided with an installer by the plotter supplier. After following the requirements for installation (32-bit Windows), the installer provided still didn't work. The supplier now gives this site to download the software that we need. After trying the download link, it has prompted us that "The download link for the requested software cannot be found." Hope you could help us provide a solution. The plotter has been with us for a few days now, perhaps months already. Up until now, we are not able to use it. Also, please provide an English version of the software, as users would not understand Chinese characters.
